What if I’m not flexible?
Yoga is one of the best ways of improving flexibility. The body will develop in flexibility and strength with one’s yoga practice.
Should I eat or drink before the class?
It is advised not to eat for at least 2 hours before a yoga class. However, it is ok to drink.
Does venue have any car park?
Yes, there is a free car park in front of the venue and you can also park on the road outside as there are no restrictions.
What do I wear?
It’s important to wear comfortable clothing to have freedom of movement. Typically yogis wear shorts and a t-shirt.
Do I need a mat?
You can bring your own mat if you have one, but if you don’t, no worries, we will provide one for you.
Do I practise in bare feet?
Yes, yoga is practised in bare feet. However, some people prefer to have socks and that is acceptable.
Can I pay by card?
No. Payment is accepted only by cash.
